Airbnb is being criticized for an email campaign promoting floating vacations, or trips during which individuals never set foot on dry land. The campaign is drawing scrutiny at a time when Houston is struggling with record flooding from hurricane Harvey. So reports MediaPost.

For its part, Airbnb has offered to waive its service fees for homeowners who provide shelter for victims of the flood.
