Automated Messaging Apps Are Growing Quickly

Using third-party platforms, such as Kik, to engage customers with automated messaging apps is growing rapidly. In fact, six of the top 10 apps are being used to engage customers online. So reports the Harvard Business Review.

In one example, customers can send Starbucks an emoticon and the company will reply with a song that matches the mood of messaging symbol.
