Twitter Sends Video App Vine to an Early Death

Twitter has shut down Vine just four years after acquiring the video sharing app after experiencing a big drop in users of the services due to competition from platforms such as Facebook’s Instagram. So reports The New York Times.

Vine was one of the first video sharing platforms, but its death illustrates that being first doesn’t guarantee success.
