CMO Tenure Shortens as Results Continue to Lag

The average tenure for a chief marketing officer at a major consumer brand has dropped from 48 months to 44 months, according to a study by recruiting firm Spencer Stuart. So reports Wise Marketing.

Another study by Deloitte has concluded that even though marketing expenses continue to rise, marketing results have lagged.
