Salesforce and Zendesk Launch Messenger Programs

Salesforce and Zendesk have just launched programs to help manage messenger traffic through each firms’ technology platforms. So reports TechCrunch.

The Salesforce program will allow individuals to contact brands for service requests, such as a traveler seeking to reschedule a flight reservation, and Zendesk will help manage messages by providing automated responses when appropriate and by offering other features.
