MetLife Seeking to Integrate Customer Services

Global insurance company MetLife is undergoing a company-wide transformation to its customer services by integrating its digital operations under an initiative being led by Martin Lippert, head of the company’s global technology and operations. So reports V3.

Malene Haxholdt, v.p. of enterprise analytics at MetLife, says the goal is to integrate communications with clients through diverse channels, including social media, websites, call centers, and face-to-face meetings.
