Hotel Operators Need to Focus on Digital Basics

Hospitality companies seeking to build hotels of the future need to start by ensuring that they get the basics right, such as functional wifi for guests and reducing the amount of time it takes for guest to check in, says Chris Roe, who runs sales and distribution for Accor UK. So reports Tnooz.

Roe, who spoke at a recent DataArt Question Time event in London, added that guest who book reservations online also tend to spread information about the hotel operators digitally.
