FTC Says Time Warner Mislead Consumers with YouTube and Social Media

The Federal Trade Commission maintains that Time Warner failed to disclose that it had paid for social media content and for YouTube to promote its Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor video game. So reports MarketingLand.
