Retailers’ Websites Hit By Denial Of Services Attacks

Access to websites operated by retailers such as Shopify Inc., Etsy, and eBay was severed last Friday during the denial of service attack that hit the Eastern U.S. So reports Internet Retailer.

Shopify, which ranks 132 among the top 1,000 online vendors and also provides websites for 12 clients including Barstool Sports and Golfland Warehouse, says it restored service at 10:07 on Friday morning.
