Alphabet Developing Enhancements to Google Maps

Alphabet is gearing up to launch new Google Maps services, such as Areas of Interest, that will help its users find tourist attractions and color coding that will make it easier to see if a feature is a lake, river, hospital, freeway, or other manmade object. So reports Forbes.

Another feature will also allow retail managers to analyze the success of using pop up ads to drive consumers to their brick-and-mortar locations.
