Digital Marketing Exposes Kids to Alcohol Ads

Parents and educators have successfully banned alcohol advertising from television to protect children, but digital content including YouTube videos that promotes beer and spirits is finding its way in front of kids. 

That's according to a study by a University of Pittsburgh professor that was published in the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs. So reports the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. As part of the study, researchers analyzed 137 YouTube videos that promote brands such as Bud Light beer, Grey Goose vodka and Mike’s Hard Lemonade.
