Belgian Court Threatens Facebook with $125M Fine

Facebook could be subjected to up to $125 million in fines by a Belgian court if it continues to violate privacy laws by tracking people on third-party websites. So reports Reuters.

The court has also ruled that Facebook must delete data on individuals that it has obtained illegally, including information on people who do not use the social media service.
