PerceptIn has rolled out its DragonFly Intelligent Advertising Vehicle, which is a mobile vending machine and out-of-home digital advertising platform. So reports Vending Times.

Consumers can use mobile devices to "hail" the vehicle or they can ask it to stop if they see it.
