Google Shopping Ads Increase While Facebook Revenues Moderate

Google Shopping ads increased 42% year-over-year in the fourth quarter of 2018, which is the highest rate since Google rolled out the offering in the middle of 2016, according to a recent Merkle report. So reports MarTech Series.

At the same time, Facebook advertising growth moderated, which was a result of the social media site maturing and the company emphasizing growth of its Instagram platform, which grew 138% during the quarter.
