AANA CEO: Board of Directors Don’t Get Marketing

John Broome, CEO of the Australian Association of National Advertisers, said while lots of companies’ boards of directors appreciate marketing, few truly understand its potential. So reports Ad News.

Broome made the comments at the annual RESET conference. While giving his remarks, he advocated for putting the “marketing profession back into the boardroom,” as there is “great opportunity” to do so.
