KFC Australia Apologizes Over Ad with Boys Gawking at 'Scantily Clad' Woman

KFC Australia was criticized by advocacy group Collective Shout after releasing a YouTube ad featuring a “scantily clad young woman checking herself out in the tinted windows of a parked car, unaware that anyone was inside the vehicle.” So reports Fox News.

KFC poster 1049571 1920KFC apologized for the ad after the group said it promotes the objectification of woman. The group argues research shows “attitudes shape behavior” and studies indicate re-enforcing gender stereotypes can lead to the mistreatment of women.
