Target Unveils Technology Spending Spree

With an eye toward winning over Gen Y shoppers, Target plans to spend up to $2.5 billion annually on its omnichannel effort, with a variety of technology initiatives planned. So reports MediaPost.

For example, it will integrate the Internet of Things with baby’s nurseries and undertake other programs in response to shoppers’ obsessions with kids, babies, style, and wellness.
