Nielsen and RevTrax SmartOffers have launched a marketing optimization services that uses machine learning to track consumer behavior in real time and provide relevant customer experiences and boost marketing performance. So reports CMO Innovation.

The service, which is part of Nielsen’s Market Cloud is already being used by Kimberly-Clark.
