Apple is the latest big tech firm to join the Partnership on AI to Benefit People and Society, which was created last September to develop best practices for artificial intelligence and to conduct research. So reports Tech Crunch.

Apple joins founding members Amazon, Facebook, Google, IBM and Microsoft.
