Investors Sue Outcome Health, Claiming Fraud
In a new lawsuit, a group of investors including Google and Goldman Sachs allege that Outcome Health charged pharmaceutical companies for digital advertisements in doctors’ offices, but in some instances, the video screen had yet to be installed. So reports the Chicago Tribune.
