Sprinklr Launches Artificial Intelligence for Social Media Management

Customer experience management firm Sprinklr has just launched Sprinklr Intuition, which uses artificial intelligence to help manage the growing number of interactions that occur across social media platforms. So reports MarTechAdvisor.

Many businesses are struggling to keep up with the increase in inbound messages that has resulted from nearly 80% of consumers using social media to engage with brands across an average of seven social media channels.
