Most Americans Don’t Understand Facebook Data Tracking

A Pew Research Center survey has found that 74% of Facebook users don’t know that the social media site maintains a list of individuals’ traits and interests. So report Econsultancy.

When survey respondents were told that Facebook tracks and maintains the data, 51% of individuals said they were unhappy about the practice.
