Social media users in the Middle East are believed to be the most engaged in the world, but digital advertising in the region is the lowest globally. Therefore, Facebook is seeking to rectify the mismatch and has hosted a “How Ads Work” program at its Dubai office. So reports Wamda.

Facebook has 187 million active monthly users in the Middle East and North Africa region and more than 63 million Instagram users.
