Roku Plans to Buy Marketing Automation Firm Dataxu

Roku, which provide one of the most commonly used television streaming devices, plans to acquire Dataxu, which offers a platform for planning and placing advertisements programmatically across digital platforms. So reports CNBC.

Roku will reportedly pay $150 million in cash and stock for the company.
