With a lot of similar brands and competition online, it can be difficult to stand out from the crowd. Toby Britton, the co-founder and CMO of Miappi offers his advice in a guest column for MarTech Advisor

  1. Use personalization platforms such as Nosto. This is a platform that automatically collects simple, anonymous data, such as the number of times a consumer has visited your site and what they do when they get there. This will help you collect data on what kind of audience you are dealing with and will help you make their visit much more personalized.
  2. Incorporating chatbots on websites also help boost e-commerce. Chatbots can provide information and direct consumers to FAQs and relevant offers and promotions. Intercom and Drift are platforms to get these sophisticated chatbot experience.
  3. Getting good reviews for your brand is a huge contributing factor in boosting sales. It is showing proof of the quality your product and builds consumers' confidence in patronizing your brand.
