Mandarin Oriental CMO Steps Aside

Mandarin Oriental’s CMO has stepped down after 30 years with the famous hotel chain. So reports Campaign Asia.

Mandarin orientalJill Kluge, who began in a public relations role at Mandarin Oriental and worked her way up to CMO in 2019, will continue as a part-time advisor to the brand.

Earlier this year, the company brought on Joanna Flint from Google as its new chief commercial officer, a role that superseded the CMO role.
