Kohl’s CMO Out Amid Activist Pressure

Kohl’s said that both its marketing chief and merchandising chief are leaving the company amid a push by activists to force a sale of the company. So reports CNBC.

KohlsCMO Greg Revelle is expected to depart on June 1, while chief merchandising officer Doug Howe has left the company already. Both are reportedly pursuing other opportunities.

The company said it is already looking for replacements for the two and that it has a “deep bench” of talent in both departments.
