Mars Food hired him to drive the same growth for its products, such as Uncle Ben’s and Dolmio. Specifically, Mars Food hopes Narvaez can drive growth for its dinnertime brands. Mars is optimistic that Narvaez will introduce a new approach that will enhance the brands' marketing, innovation, digital, research and development, and consumers insight Narvaez will be based in London.
Due to the changing consumer market and the pressure of public health advocates to reduce obesity, the company has created healthier options for its products--or at least new recommendations for how and when to consumer them. For example, itsr popular Dolmio sauce has high levels of sugar and salt, so the company has labeled the product as something to be consumed only during special occasions.
