Pantene Campaign Addresses Japanese Norms in Job Hunting Women

In a first-of-its-kind effort, Pantene in Japan has launched an advertising campaign aimed at encouraging students to exude confidence and individuality while job hunting.

The campaign is based on the outcome a 1000-student survey about their "real intentions" while job searching. The advertisements will run at rail stations, in newspapers and on YouTube.
