Most Australians Want Full Ban On Social Media Political As: Study

The Australia Institute reported most Australians support an outright ban on political advertising on social media platforms. So reports Business Insider.

According to information from a new study, 73% of those asked supported requiring all ads be “truthful” and 60% supported a complete ban. Facebook, Twitter and Google have each taken different stances on how to treat political ads, with Google recently announcing it will not target users based on political persuasions.
