Survey Shows Futuristic Technologies Are Key to Customer Engagement

A recent Marketo survey has determined that marketers believe predictive analytics, the Internet of Things and machine learning will be key to improving customer engagement. So reports CMO.

For this year, 25.52% of respondents said they will include machine learning in their technology budgets, 43.75% identified the Internet of Things as a budget item and 27% identified artificial intelligence.
