Subway Taps Mastercard, AI for Online Ordering Service

Subway has teamed up with Mastercard to use artificial intelligence as part of a “chatbots” system on Facebook Messenger that allows customers to place orders. So reports The Washington Post.

Cheesecake Factory and FreshDirect have also implemented AI technology with Mastercard to allow customers to place orders through Facebook Messenger.
