A fourth industrial revolution that will revolve around artificial intelligence customizing the customer journey is happening and is being enabled by internet connected devices, such as clothing and Coca-Cola coolers, says Salesforce Chairman, CEO, and Founder Marc Benioff. So reports AdWeek.

T-Mobile, Adidas, and 21st Century Fox, for example, are developing new ways to connect with consumers through the use of Salesforce technology.
