Stefan Pollar, the award’s namesake, was an email marketer who died in 2010. Cordero has created programs for Torrid that helped get a 44% increase in redemption rates and 44% increase in revenue.
Since Cordero joined the firm in 2016, Torrid has achieved a 119% increase in program revenue. “Each customer interaction offers an opportunity for more personalized, targeted email.
