Will Smith: Focus on Customers’ Needs. Not Just Being on Top

Actor Will Smith says he previously made the mistake of embracing a winning-is-everything strategy rather than focusing on what is helpful or important to his fans. That's according to a recent post on LinkedIn.

Social media is allowing customers to quickly weigh in on the quality of movies and other products, so businesses can no longer depend on marketing to push products that consumers don’t want, he adds.
